Continuum Health Partners

Creative Source has had the opportunity to work on the annual report for Continuum Health Partners. The objective was to recruit doctors and promote fundraising. Creative Source used images to communicate the tremendous amount of care-giving, medical research and professional knowledge provided by these six hospitals.

Creative Source also designed the Planned Giving Enrollment Kit, a piece that emphasized the high level of patient care, utilizing photos of hospital staff caring for patients. We highlighted selected donors, using photos and testimonials to illustrate their message and offer words of encouragement to new donors.
